Rich brings decades of real-world expertise to every project — from ground-up residential builds and full-home remodels, to commercial tenant finish in the retail, office, hospitality, and medical sectors, to fire and flood reconstruction coordinated directly with insurance providers.

Notable projects include a historic Colorado castle restoration with structural steel roof framing and masonry preservation, a Ritz Carlton penthouse remodel in Denver, and full interior demos and remodels across Douglas, Elbert, and Parker counties. Rich works primarily across the Front Range, with a home base in Elizabeth, CO.
